Starting Your Invisalign Journey
Consultation
To better evaluate the condition of your dental malocclusion, we begin with taking diagnostic records of your teeth. This includes a detailed oral examination, taking photos, x-rays and 3D digital iTero scan. Our dentist will then assess this information and plan your orthodontic treatment accordingly.
Subsequently, the findings will be presented along with a tailored treatment plan addressing your treatment goals and concerns. A 3D simulation of a before/after treatment results will also be provided.
Treatment Plan
Using the 3D model, a customised treatment plan is developed, outlining the movement of your teeth over time. It also gives you an estimated treatment duration. Once the treatment plan is approved, a series of clear aligners is fabricated overseas before shipping to the clinic for your collection.
Review Visits
With Invisalign, you have the freedom to take charge of your treatment journey, effortlessly changing your aligner sets in the comfort of your own home. It is however, important that periodic review visits are scheduled to monitor progress and provide you with new sets of aligners. Unlike traditional braces, the visits could be up to 4 months apart.
Despite that, you can rest assured that we will maintain close communications throughout your Invisalign journey ensuring your treatment is tailored to your preference and progressing just the way you want.
Completion of Invisalign Treatment
Once your Invisalign journey has ended, you will proceed to the retention phase, where you will wear the retainers according to your dentist’s instructions to maintain your new smile.

SmartTrack®
Invisalign aligners are made with a medical-grade polymer known as SmartTrack®, which is BPA free. This material is engineered and patented by Align Technology after years of extensive research and development, which means no other generic brands could fabricate their aligners with the same material. As a result, the fit of your Invisalign aligners is more snug and comfortable by delivering a consistent and gentle pressure to move your teeth.
SmartForce®
Invisalign tackles difficult movements (e.g. rotations, extrusions and translation etc) with SmartForce® attachments. These barely noticeable, tiny tooth-coloured shapes are attached to your teeth during your treatment process. They allow your aligners to hold onto your teeth better, hence guiding your teeth into the desired positions more predictably.
Dentist-tailored Treatment

How Much Does Invisalign Treatment Cost in Singapore?
An orthodontic consultation fee of $18 w/GST is chargeable on the visit of your initial consultation, where full diagnostic records will be taken. This includes consultation, 3D intraoral iTero scan and photo-taking.

We would always try to avoid extractions whenever we can, although sometimes it is not possible in a small number of patients. This is often further discussed in depth with our dentist during consultation.

The duration of treatment can vary depending on your condition and complexity. Typically, it takes approximately 1.5 years.

Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign aligners are smooth and do not have any sharp cutting edges or corners. Thus, the risk of having ulcers and pain is minimal. You will, however, feel slight tightness and discomfort for a few days after you change to a new aligner.
